Day 1

So, in my never-ending search to find some sort of happy medium between happiness and food, I've decided to not cut out carbs completely, but only eat them before 4.

We've walked at least 8-10 miles each weekend since January 1, 2014, and I'm going to try and get some exercise in at home too (but it's much easier said than done).
